The property also has a community pool and small clubhouse that can be reserved in advance. The actual location of this unit is up away from the street noise unlike other units for rent in this area.

The views of the ocean and racetrack make dinner at the dining room table very special and the sunsets are amazing. You can spend time gazing at the awesome views through binoculars from the balcony or jumping on one of the two bikes and cruising down to the beach to surf. Beach chairs and toys are available to make your trips to our local beaches a memorable occasion.

Centered between Solana Beach Design/Cedros District and Del Mar beaches, this spectacular property gives to the ability to enjoy shopping and restaurants as well as an easy walk to the Del Mar Racetrack.

We are available for non-urgent matters during business hours (9am - 5pm) and available via our customer service line for urgent matters after business hours.

Del Mar Race Track is literally across the street and can be seen from the balcony. The beach is within a 2 minute drive (10 minute walk). Downtown Del Mar and Solana Beach are also within 5 minutes of the property where there is plenty of shops and restaurants to enjoy.

Walking, car, bus, bicycles are all ways to get around with easy access to all the nearby attractions.

 $5000 security deposit + Utilities (Cable/WIFI/SDG&E) for 30+ day rentals.
