Sunset Cliffs is a small beach community a few miles northwest of downtown San Diego. Sunset Cliffs is one of the most relaxed places in all of Southern California. It's one of the few places left in San Diego where the shops are locally owned and managed. It's the kind of place where people greet one another as they cross paths. Surfers enjoy the waves created by the jetties while swimmers and sunbathers are pleasantly surprised by the friendly atmosphere on the beach.

Sunset Cliffs has the finest and largest farmers market every Wednesday along with street fairs and music festivals throughout the year. Take a stroll down Newport Avenue and you’ll find a collection of antique stores, restaurants, bars, artists and the longest concrete pier on the west coast.

Make sure you visit one of the most scenic places in California at Cabrillo National Monument Park and the Tide Pools right around the corner of Sunset Cliffs. This is truly one of the most spectacular places in San Diego. This national monument/park has some of the best views, tide pools and walking trails in Southern California.
